Enjoyable stay, but some hiccups

We spent 4 nights in a spacious room which was clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, especially loved the option for real plates and silverware. The staff was super nice, but the pool was closed, which bummed us out. Would've liked a cleaner bathroom though. Overall, a decent spot for families!

We loved visiting the Riverbank Zoo and Gardens and checking out the amazing penguins and sharks. The location is super convenient and just a quick drive to places like Frankie's Fun Park. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

One downside was that the cleaning service wasn't the best. We had to remind them to clean our room, and it seemed like they only took out the trash and changed towels at times.

We had an awesome time at this hotel where the room was super clean, and when we came back from a day out, housekeeping even organized my shoes! There’s a nice pool area and a 24-hour gym for some relaxation after our busy days. My only hiccup was a little confusion with payment processing, but it didn't ruin our great stay. 😊
